 We work sustainably and conserve resources. The most important resource of our company, our employees and the management, commit, to conserve available resources like raw materials and supplies, water, energy as well as our machinery and equipment. 

We assure, to avoid and minimize environmental pollution (for example in the form of emissions, wastewater and material waste). We regard the fulfillment of legal requirements and other specifications as high priority. 

Our environmental policy serves as a guideline for the development of our environmental objectives and their realization.

Social Responsibility

We value people as they form the core of our organization. Training is an integral part of our work culture and we regularly invite eminent personalities to conduct workshops and seminars. We encourage our people to involve themselves in a variety of activities that benefit the community such as educational and social responsibility initiatives. Our belief is that a happy workforce makes a healthy organization, and every endeavor of the management is driven to realize their potential.

We understand the value of education and strive to contribute to the society by running educational initiatives for the underprivileged community in the locality. 

1. We pledge that NO CHILD LABOR will be employed at our organization.

4. We conduct regular “Physical Exercise” sessions of 30-45 minutes every day which allows all employees to participate in different events like Yoga, Games and sports and contribute to their health and well being. 
5. We enroll our employees in various kind of Skill Development Programs for continuous improvement of their thought process and ability to do things in an efficient way.
